Arrival
Your apartment is ready from 3:00 pm. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us earlier.
Electric vehicle charging
Activate the charging station with your apartment key card. The charging current costs €0.30 per kWh and is billed at the end of your stay.
Swimming pools & leisure
Your digital guest card includes selected benefits: in summer free admission to Sommerwelt Hippach and Mayrhofen outdoor pool, free tennis and a discount for the Mayrhofen indoor pool and sauna; in winter selected indoor-pool and sauna benefits.
Towels
Bed linen and towels are prepared for you. One towel change per week is free; each additional change costs €5 per apartment.
Recycling
Bins are located in the kitchen or under the sink; the organic-waste bin is on the balcony. Please place full bins outside your apartment door.
Departure
Please check out by 10:00 am. A later departure may be possible by arrangement and subject to availability. You can leave luggage with us until the evening.
