Your apartment will be ready for you from 3 p.m.
You can bring your luggage in the morning
e-charging station
To charge your car, you can activate the wallbox with your key card.
The price is €0.30/kWh and will be charged at the end of your stay.
Swimming pool & leisure activities
We are a swimming pool partner, so you will receive the following services upon presentation of your digital guest card:
In summer:
Free admission to the Hippach Summer World
Free admission to the Mayrhofen outdoor pool
Free use of tennis courts in Mayrhofen & Hippach
25% discount on the Mayrhofen indoor pool and sauna
In winter:
Free admission to the Mayrhofen indoor swimming pool (3 hours)
50% discount on the 3-hour sauna pass
You will receive your digital guest card after check-in.
Towles
Bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment.
On request, we will change your towels once a week free of charge.
Each additional towel change costs €5 per apartment.
Please just let us know if you require this service.
Recycling
We have different rubbish bins in the kitchen and under the sink. There is also a bin for organic waste on the balcony.
If one of them is full, just put it in front of your apartment and we will empty it for you.
Departure
We ask you to leave your apartment by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
A later departure is depending on availability.
We can store your luggage until the evening if you want
