Your apartment will be ready for you from 3 p.m.
You can bring your luggage in the morning
e-charging station
To charge your car, you can activate the wallbox with your key card.
The price is €0.30/kWh and will be charged at the end of your stay.
Pool
As our guests, you will receive the following upon presentation of your digital guest card:
In summer:
- Free admission to the Hippach Summer World and the Mayrhofen outdoor pool
- Free use of tennis courts in Mayrhofen & Hippach
- 25% discount on admission to the indoor pool and sauna in Mayrhofen
In winter:
- Free admission to the Mayrhofen indoor swimming pool (3 hours)
- 50% discount on the 3-hour sauna ticket
If you have not received your guest card on the day of arrival, please let us know.
Towles
Bed linen and towels are prepared for you in the flat.
If you wish, we will be happy to change your towels once a week free of charge, just let us know or enter your flat below and click on order.
Recycling
We have different rubbish bins in the kitchen and under the sink. There is also a bin for organic waste on the balcony.
If one of them is full, just put it in front of your apartment and we will empty it for you.
Departure
We ask you to leave your apartment by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
A later departure is depending on availability.
We can store your luggage until the evening if you want
