Information about your stay with us
Arrival
Check-in is possible from 3 p.m.
Earlier arrival is possible upon consultation and subject to availability.
You are welcome to drop off your luggage with us at any time on the day of arrival.
Check-In
You will receive your key cards in person on site.
In addition, we will send you an email with a door code a few days before your arrival.
If we are not at home when you arrive, you can:
open the front door with the door code
take your key cards from inside the house
The key cards open both your apartment and the front door.
Car park
Free parking is available directly at the accommodation.
There is also an 11 kW wall box where you can charge your electric car for
€0.30 per kWh.
Bakery delivery service
From Monday to Saturday (except public holidays), a local bakery offers a bread roll service.
Orders placed by 5 p.m. at the latest will be delivered fresh to your door the next morning.
Swimming pool & leisure activities (digital guest card)
We are a swimming pool partner, so you can enjoy the following benefits upon presentation of your digital guest card:
In summer:
- Free admission to the Hippach Summer World
- Free admission to the Mayrhofen outdoor pool
- Free use of tennis courts in Mayrhofen & Hippach
- 25% discount on the Mayrhofen indoor pool and sauna
In winter:
- Free admission to the Mayrhofen indoor swimming pool (3 hours)
- 50% discount on the 3-hour sauna pass
Check-Out
On the day of departure, the apartment is available until 10:00 a.m.
Late check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability.
We are happy to store your luggage until the evening.
